How do I reserve?

Reservations can be made through our Reservations Portal. Tenants must wait for a Community Manager to confirm the booking either via email or phone.

What are the lease terms?

Our minimum lease terms depends on the service.

  • Virtual Offices, require a minimum of six (6) months. Should you need to use our address for business registration, the minimum lease is twelve (12) months.
  • Coworking Seats are leased by the hour, day, or on a monthly basis. Long term packages are also available.
  • Private Offices require a minimum lease of three (3) months.

Are utilities charged differently?

Utility charges for electricity, water, internet and telephone services are already included in the monthly rates.

Am I allowed to bring in fixtures, appliances, cabinets, and etc. in my rented Private Office?

Yes. We provide one (1) pedestal per desk, but you are free to bring in other furniture, decor, or anything you need to make the space feel like your own.

What are the payment methods?

You may may settle your account with cash, cheque, direct deposit, wire transfer, or using major credit cards except American Express and Diners Club International.

Do you have printing credits?

Coworking and Private Office tenants have 20-page complimentary printing credits per company.

How long can I stay inside Clock In?

Private Office tenants have access to biometrics, so they can enter and go when they please. For coworking tenants and walk-ins, they can stay during operation hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm from Mondays to Fridays.

Do you have internet connection?

All Clock In tenants and walk-ins have access to unlimited high speed WiFi connection.

Can I use Clock In’s address for local business registration?

Coworking tenants may not use our address for business registration, but may do so once they avail of our separate Virtual Office package. Private Office tenants may use our address provided they have a lease of at least twelve (12) months.
